quota full

verline's bf told me that
this year PR application quota full....
his friend's friend alr work in singapore for 1 year
his salary is 4k...
but applied PR, fail...

then i think maybe i am from local U, and got the invitation letter....
shouldnt be any problem....

but just now huey wen told me that
our seniors said, the application start from june onwards,
all been rejected.....
even we are from local U and invitation letter....

because singapore PR quota is full for this year......
